Rental Property Investor
Buy and Hold Investor, sold my 1st property in 2020 so I am ready for my next investment. Currently renting (with roommates, the rental is a better deal than most local homes available to purchase). Looking for a light fixer to purchase as a primary residence that could either be flipped within 2 years or held as an LTR. Would love to focus on homes attractive to military within 1 hour drive of Williamsburg, VA. Looking forward to connecting!
