I am one of the few vintage specialty stagers in the Twin Cities with a variety of furniture & decorations to suit turn of the century homes, mid-century modern masterpieces, to modern homes & everything in between. I have helped clients flip houses for $100,000+ profits in some cases and some of my first year investor clients made hundreds of thousand in profit their first year investing with my guidance. Some investors I assist have been able to retire 10-15 years earlier than they expected to, quit one or two of their part-time jobs, or fund their children's college educations. This is a very rewarding career helping people improve homes and neighborhoods and doing so myself. I especially enjoy helping transform some neighborhoods where I have renovated multiple houses on the same blocks. Most of my personal restoration projects have been turn of the century houses and preservation is very important to me. One restoration featured on the Minneapolis St Paul Home Tour was an incredible 1912 crafstman where the upper level was finished in 1927 with period art deco pieces added to blend with the original fixtures and hardware intact there - two distinct styles under the same roof. It was one of the most popular homes on the tour in the area.
