My approach is to fight for the little guy. Be a persistent voice for vulnerable populations, unaccepting of "No", "Can't", "Not Possible". Instead, I work harder, speak louder, and build a network of equally passionate, innovative, disruptors that are my friends. The outcome forms "Outside of the Box" avenues that lead forward-thinking investors to Urban Revitalization, Affordable Housing, and Compassionate Community Development projects.
