Larry Freeman

My name is Larry Freeman. I come from a construction background earlier in my youth, and also earned a Bachelors degree in management from ASU, and a Masters degree in psychological counseling from Ottawa University. In 2004, I started my own construction company and remain a fully licensed General Contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction. Around 2005, I earned my real estate license, hung my license with HomeSmart, and began flipping houses. During the crash I backed off of flipping and investing, but started up again about two years ago. I currently own a renovated tri-plex and have it rented as my first fix and hold, and have flipped a few other houses recently past that. I am currently looking to find more opportunities in Arizona for fix and flip, fix and hold and possibly some development under the right circumstances. Right now, I am actively seeking opportunities, purchases, and am considering partnerships.
