Searching Waukesha county and surrounding areas for potential investment opportunities. I search tax and mortgage records along with future trends to predict areas for residential growth. I am also expanding my search for the Door County area. My wife and I recently purchased Lake Michigan front land and am considering building a cottage for renting. Also considering a small restaurant or food truck in the area, but I know local rules tend to not favor non-permanent food vendors.
