Linda Sandler

I have been involved with Bigger Pockets about 2 months. Just changed my membership to Pro last week. I have been involved in Real Estate investing for about 12 months. I have purchased 5 parcels of Land in the Florida area & 2 rental properties just outside of the Detroit area. We place all of our rentals with a qualified Management Company so I can be free to spend my time with the rest of my Real Estate goals, I currently have one Fix & Flip being rehabbed & one Fixer Upper being completed this week & ready for Rental. My real Estate goals are to rehab properties but to also get the Wholesaling side of the business going. I am excited about getting more involved in Bigger Pockets & meeting more people with the same desires & goals. My Husband & I also spent 8 years living on our Sailing Catamaran & two years on our Motorhome. We both enjoy traveling & living life to the fullest.
