Lucas Machado

I am President of House Heroes LLC, a South Florida real estate company focusing on buying properties to rehab and rent. We connect with motivated home sellers through online and direct-mail marketing, functioning as cash buyers for the homeowner. Through my company Stalwart Financial Capital LLC, I work closely with real estate investors to provide hard money loans and transactional funding. After graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in electrical and computer engineering and obtaining a Masters of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, I worked as a video game producer for 6-years at a major video game company managing multi-million dollar projects. I began investing in real estate full time in 2013 and have successfully completed nearly a hundred real estate transactions.
