L. Matthew Perry

Hello Biggerpocket Members! My name is L. Matthew Perry and I run a Real Estate Investment Fund (LMP Real Estate Partners, LLC). I enjoy engaging like minded people. It's the way I learn more about my craft and also share my experiences - which I hope is a help to fellow real estate enthusiasts and professionals. Experience: I have been investing in real estate for 10 years. My focus has been in Buffalo and Rochester. I currently focus on single and multifamily residential properties in middle class areas. My strategy is buy and hold in order to enhance monthly cash flow for getting involved in larger projects in the near future. Real Estate Goals: To build enough cash flow by accumulating residential properties with the goal of starting development projects that will have a positive impact on neighborhoods that needs some nurturing. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to build my network in the real estate industry. I'd like to build strong relationships and possibly partnership with a network of people who have a variety of skills (developers, agents, short sale experts, rehabbers, etc) in real estate.
