Steve Taplin is an author, educator, speaker entrepreneur, and investor. Steve’s accomplishments have shown that he is a proven star in both the world of real estate and business. He has achieved a level of success through his dedication to real estate and financial education and helping others. Steve has founded more than 10 different companies and has been directly involved with over 3,500 residential and commercial real estate investment deals ranging from foreclosures, short sales, loan modifications, new construction, TICs, REITs, condo conversions, and more totaling over $200 million worth of real estate. Steve has an undergraduate Business degree and a MBA degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from two well known schools. Steve is one of the founding members of American Loan Restructuring and is focused on helping homeowners FIGHT BACK against the banks and lending institutions that took advantage of them in the past
