I specialize in helping clients over 62 refinance their existing home or purchase a new home or condo with the FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Program. I work for HCI Mortgage, an independent mortgage banker having correspondent relationships with several of the larger Reverse Mortgage wholesale lenders. I have spent my entire career in real estate including land development, home building, and title insurance. I am a licensed RE sales person in Maryland.
