Logan Freeman

Logan Freeman is the founder and managing member of FTW Investments and XchangeCRE . Logan oversees the company's marketing, investor relations, acquisitions and investment strategies. He is also involved in selecting all key investment markets and asset classes to meet the goals of investors. Logan brings to the company over six years of real estate investing experience. Logan (as a broker) has helped out-of-state investors actively purchase over $250M worth of real estate and himself has over $100M of assets under management including close to 1400 multifamily doors, two hotels, NNN shopping centers, and office buildings. Prior to these engagements, Mr. Freeman was the Director of Acquisitions for a fund where he helped this fund acquire over 225 doors in little over two years and completed a portfolio refinance, returning all of the investor’s capital as well as maintaining positive cash flow. Prior to working with the real estate investment group, Mr. Freeman worked as a director of sales for Service Management Group. This position involved working with startups, medium sized service, and consulting companies in and around Kansas City. Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Logan was an All-American collegiate football athlete at the University of Central Missouri, where he graduated in 2013. After his final season in college, he was picked up as an undrafted free agent by the Oakland Raiders.
