I am looking to increase my portfolio of buy-and-hold multi-family rental properties in and B- and C- class neighborhoods. I have a career (as a behavioral scientist) that takes up much of my time, so and I am looking for passive real estate investing opportunities, including partnering with others who are looking to play a more active role.
