Long Lam

I lived in Austin, TX for most of my life. I worked at Dell Inc. for more than 7 years at the Round Rock/Austin campus. In 2008, The Exchange (Army and Air Force Exchange Services) offered me a job in Dallas, TX and my wife and I have been here since. I love Austin but hate the humidity down there and so we are glad it is not too humid here. Angela and I have one child, Alexander. He is the crazy 6 years old and besides my wife, the best thing that ever happen in our life. I have worked in finance and accounting for more than 10 years. Hopefully, my experience in spreadsheet can transfer over in real estate. Experience: Hi everyone, my name is Long N. Lam. I started out back in 2005 investing and managing my own rental properties. Then 2008 recession came. I thought my family would lose everything. Thanks goodness, I kept the rental house because it helped me gains so much experiences. Over the years since then, I have buy and hold additional properties for my portfolio. I hope my experience can help others reach their goal either to invest or owner-occupied.
