I have recently started Ellerbee Investments earlier this year. As we all know, finding the right properties to Invest in can be very rewarding. Having said that I look for opportunities that can do three things. 1. Make an offer that the home owner finds acceptable and solves their issue. 2. We must then take that property and make it new again. Do whatever it takes so that it's new owner can call it home. 3. While using licensed contrators, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Private Lenders and many others to work together we can achieve great things within our communities. I am here on Bigger Pockets to learn and share ideas. It's time to give back.
