Construction is in my blood. I grew up on the job sites of my general contractor father. (Earliest memory: Diving into a tub of pink fluffy material, which of course was fiberglass insulation. Never did that again!). By profession I'm a business journalist/business communicator who specializes in helping global companies talk with their employees. By passion I'm a real estate junkie who savors finding hidden gems, negotiating creative deals, and using the renovation process to make properties more functional, inviting, livable. Why? Because functional, inviting, and livable properties rent faster, make more money, and are super fun to create!
