Currently work in IT field. I have also had some construction experience in the event I need to do interior rehab work. I am looking to read real world stories of successful and even failures of what not to do in house investing. I am looking to strengthen my knowledge in evaluating the price of a property, its rehab cost, holding cost and all other associated cost in properties. I am also looking for a hard money investor for properties in northern Washington state.
