Hi there, I have been blessed to call Hawaii home and lucky enough to own the home in which I live, even if it is only a condo unit in Honolulu which has appreciated enough for me to turnaround and open a HELOC to use for my first investment buy, not big but a start. To help make me a more educated investor, I recently got my realtor-associate license and have only used it for my personal investing searches here in Hawaii. And the searches has not been very positive given the crazy outrageous prices of Hawaii. So I've been looking out-of-state via turnkeys. This is where I am now. But my heart still lives in Hawaii and with my eyes always searching for that right investment. In the interim, I am open to private money lending to help any local investor fulfill their dreams. If I can't do it now myself, I am happy to help another local investor.
