I find Distressed, Off-Market properties in Las Vegas, NV for Investors to fix and flip or buy and hold. I was a previous Senior Project Manager overseeing 100+ fix and flips a month in both California and Las Vegas. Now I'm an investor friendly real estate agent with a passion for finding off-market properties that offer great investment opportunities. I also have extensive experience in flipping properties from the Auction and pre-foreclosures which has given me a keen eye for spotting diamonds in the rough.
