I am an Associate Broker with Century 21 Affiliated, bringing a unique blend of real-world investing experience and professional brokerage expertise to every client I serve. My journey in real estate began in 2013 with my first "house hack", what I now call a long flip. After acquiring a duplex in 2016, I quickly developed a passion for real estate investing that would shape my career. With a background already rooted in business brokerage, transitioning into real estate sales was a natural next step. I earned my real estate license in 2017 and joined Signature Associates, a local commercial real estate firm, gaining valuable experience in the commercial sector. In 2019, I made a strategic move to Kalamazoo Commercial Real Estate, where I continued to grow my expertise and ultimately earning my Michigan Broker's License in 2022. I later launched my own independent venture, focusing on short-term rental management, business brokerage, house flipping, and real estate investing, giving me a hands-on, investor-first perspective that sets me apart. Now with Century 21 Affiliated, I am expanding my reach while continuing to leverage my deep knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate. I specializes in helping clients identify opportunities, structure smart deals, and build long-term value, whether they are buying their first property or scaling an investment portfolio. I serve the greater Kalamazoo area, with a strong focus on the Three Rivers market, where I was raised. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication (2007) and an MBA (2012), both from Western Michigan University. Beyond real estate, I am actively involved in my community as President of the Fisher Lake Association and a board member at Camp Wakeshma. I live in Portage with my wife and two children.
