I am a 3rd generation real estate investor. I have been investing in real estate for years. I have owned rentals, both long term and seasonal. I have done rehabs, flips, condo conversions, to name a few. I have also done seller carry back notes, seller finance, and hard money lending. I got caught in the real estate rush where I made a lot of money and the collapse where I lost a lot of money. I have since became a Realtor due in part to the frustrations I have with the "A" typical Realtor. I believe with my experience as an investor and the knowledge I have acquired from that experience that I can help other investors in ways that most Realtor cannot. I am also a licensed insurance agent, currently licensed in 6 states. For me it is about be someone with solutions rather than just looking for the next deal.
