I was kind of heavy into rental properties sfr and multi-families back before the crash. Now I'm looking to get back into the game but with a new approach. I would like to use my IRA to build wealth for retirement. I was investing back before the crash. I owned 60+ units in Evanston, Skokie, and Chicago. I have done short sales, foreclosures, pre-forclosures, fix and flips, fix and holds, assignments, subject to, commercial rentals, sfr rentals, rehabs, condo conversions just about anything under the sun, and had no professional guidence. Most of this was all done from reading Carlton Sheets no money down course, LOL. Back then no one knew how to use the internet for realestate. The reason I haven't invested since 2008 is a story for a different day. Now its time to dust off the rust and learn from people like you guys on how its getting done today. Looking to connect with like minded investors who don't like using any of their own money. I would love to see if there's anything we can learn from each other.
