Louis Cavallaro

I'm new to real estate investing, but very interested in making it a large part of my life/income. Read through a few books and know the very basics, but currently not a property owner. I live in Boston, MA but am looking to invest elsewhere as prices here are so high. I am originally from Cincinnati and have family and a handyman there. During a recent visit a checked out a few multi unit houses. I was ready to make an offer on one and put 25% down when I learned about seller carrybacks. Since then I've been looking into getting more out of my down payment capital and buying a mobile home park.
