Hey hope all is well. True real estate rookie interested in learning as much as I can about this industry. Born and raised in Detroit. Believes Football is a religion. (LOL) Spend my downtime with my wife and daughter or walking a few miles a day while listening to a real estate podcast. Currently rehabbing a 2100sqft sing family home with the goal of BRRRRing into my next deal of a multi-family. Ready to stop wishing I own investment properties and get into the game. Open to share ideas and even possibly partnerships on a few out of state deals.
