Highschool language teacher turned real estate investor. Airbnb superhost of a luxury property that sleeps 16 in downtown Windsor and a small commercial plaza. Triple net leases are where it's at!!?! First goal is to recreate the income I made n as an employee in education, so buy and hold until 90k passive/year. Passive is an interesting concept though isn't it? I've found that nothing I've done is truly passive yet! 😂
