I am investor from Virginia who is new to real estate but is trying to learn as much as I can. My goal is to purchase our first real estate investment property in 2019 and longer -term and want to have financial independence by age 50. I currently utilize the basement of our primary residence as one of my income streams. Experience: None in real estate, but I run a succesful corporate catering business. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to accumulate a mix of single family homes and townhomes in Northern Virginia and then pay them off as quickly as possible. In addition, I want to connect people leveraging my business contacts. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking to grow my network and learn from succesful single family home investors in my local area. I can offer my time and door knocking skills as collateral.
