Luis Peguero is the founder of Peguero Capital Group and oversees all the company’s activities. Mr. Peguero has over 6 years of experience combined between real estate planning, deal sourcing, rehabbing, construction, and sales in the residential asset class. Mr. Peguero’s most notably served as a Senior Project Manager for BO7 Construction where he worked on a vast portfolio of restoration projects including Gatsby’s 170-178 Thompson St, 8 Jones Street in lower Manhattan and Elite Real Estate Group’s 2115 Burr St ground up project in Pelham Bay, Bronx responsible for handling project portfolios exceeding $5M in value. Aside from BO7 Construction up until 2020, Mr. Peguero gained experience as a project coordinator for Reuveni Real Estate and real estate agent for Bond New York exceeding all first-year agent expectations at his firm focusing solely on Upper Manhattan and the outer boroughs while managing side fix and flip projects.
