I am an IT guy by trait but love real estate. I am trying to get into flipping and eventually rentals as a retirement. Experience: Very little. My mother in law is a realtor and my father in law is a contractor and they have some experience. I just find it hard to find good deals. Real Estate Goals: Make a supplemental income and eventually build up a rental portfolio for retirement. Currently Seeking: Good deals to flip.
