We would like to obtain 2-3 properties a month and have several teams in place to move forward! Our non profit for affordable housing is also moving forward and this will allow us some additional flexibility to purchase SFH, Cond/Townhome, Multi Family and Apartments. It also assists home sellers with additional strategies for donating their home or for our purchase outright!
