Been working in the Timber industry for 25 yrs as a contractor and been investing in real estate for 7 yrs. I usually buy ran down places with acreage and start the long process of fixing or tearing down buildings and doing the landscape. Then I rent out for a few years recouping repair money then sell or just resell immediately after renovations
