Hi BP community! My Name is Luc and I am currently living in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I work a corporate 9-5 by day, and read about equities and real estate by night. I have been investing in equities for some time, and with systems developed to grow semi-autonomously, am moving my focus to real estate. Originally from Ontario and the Durham region, i have interest in a number of markets across Canada as well as the states. I currently have 1 rental townhouse in Edmonton, and plan to build a comfortable portfolio full of cash flowing properties. Looking for markets and deals, and always happy to share information with the markets i have researched thus far (Arizona, BC and Squamish, Edmonton, Ontario including the GTA and Durham, etc.).
