Real estate is a passion of mine. In my first deal, I flipped a contract—making thousands from it. I learned to read numbers on investment deals by crunching the numbers on properties listed online or off-market deals. I would spend weekends just crunching numbers on a potential deal. Since then, I've flipped over a dozen homes and built up a portfolio of long-term holdings in both single-family homes (SFH) and multi-families (MFR). Have sold all my SFH after years of cash flowing to focus on multi-family new builds. My portfolio consists mostly of multi and commercial. I just wanted to connect with others who love real estate as much as I do. Personally, I can talk about it for hours on end—I'm always looking for new ways to improve my business and develop better systems so that everything runs smoothly! I manage all of our properties in three different states, with the help of some great team members. I'm a builder and investor who enjoys taking old apartment buildings and converting them into great investments. Or build them from the ground up. I don't build spec properties. My company builds new multi-family communities of 2–40 units, providing investors with equity, turnkey service, and new construction at a cost-plus model.
