I am currently active duty in the Navy and started my adventure when I bought my first home in 2014 when I was stationed in San Diego. That was a very long "live in flip" that took me to my next purchase of a 4 unit building located in Roscoe Village, Chicago, IL. I am still learning every day and I hope to be financially independent by the time I am eligible to retire from the Navy in 2028.
