Family man first to my wife and three boys, but for a W-2 I'm a Professional Pilot and former Army Engineer Combat Heavy! Lived all over the world and can't wait to retire and start traveling with my wife and becoming an international house hunter. Experience: We have 65+ investment property's (units) that my wife and I self manage (13 single family home's, 2 duplex's, 9 commercial leases and a Mobile Home Park). Most of our properties are within 10 miles from our personal house except the one that got us in the game. We became accidental landlords when we had a 4/3 built in Central Florida on a nice corner lot for $170,000 in 2005. We had that same house appraise for $262,000 about a year later, but when it was time to sell in 2011 a realtor guaranteed they could get us close to $110,000 for it. We became Landlords and fell in love with the investing side of it. My wife was a realtor in Florida and is now licensed in Montana and loves all facets of real estate, especially the people she comes into contact with while buying and selling properties. Real Estate Goals: Grow our portfolio by purchasing at least one property per year and teach my three boys about the real-estate game. My wife is also heavily invested in real estate and has her Montana Brokers license and has opened her own brokerage (Dascoulias Realty Group). Currently Seeking: Single and Multi-family homes.
