I was a bit transient through my 20s, bumping from job to job and moving up, sideways, down, and back up in positions. I lived in PA, Seattle, then back to PA. When I finally decided to stick around my hometown in 2021 I decided to finally start in real estate. I bought my first home in May 2022 as a househack. First rental as a turnkey deal in November 2022. First BRRRR in December 2023 and second househack in January 2024. I care about the triple-bottom-line - people, place, profit. I keep rents at market rate or below, don't over-improve properties, and strive to make my community a better place while providing financial benefits to me and my loved ones. Outside of REI, I am a Berks native and graduate of Wilson. I have a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Gettysburg College. I have worked in fields from startups to government and even political campaigns.
