I have three properties that I have acquired through the years with family and moving while in the military. Didn’t realize I was doing the bigger pockets “thing” until I came across this app through a friend. Through time I decided to dedicate each one of my properties to my kids as a way to leave a legacy but also force me not to sell! I have four children so I am behind on one house. I don’t plan at stopping at four and would like to create enough cash flow and equity for my children to build on.
