Living in Georgia for the past 15 years and have been seeing it bloom. I drive throughout the city as a Shred Tech Operator( now Operations Supervisor) with hundreds of clients all over including RE agents, lenders, lawyers alike. I have contractors in my family and I myself can handle most if not all of it. I will hopefully get my first property within this next year( I hope). My goal is to have 10 doors within 5 years or less after my first deal...... Lets make this happen!!!!
