I am a Firefighter/Paramedic, father, husband from the Oak Creek, WI area. I have many many years in the construction trades which have allowed me to start investing and working with real estate. I am a licensed general contractor in WI. I started investing in real estate with a duplex in 2013 and in 2017 I decided to hit it hard and purchased my first fix and flip which was a success, now I am my second fix and flip and hope to keep going. I am looking to connect and network with other investors and contractors from the area and develop a team. I am also interested on becoming part of wholesale teams that can swing properties my way and vise versa on services you might need. I am looking for financial investors as well, I have great resources, contractor teams, electrIcians, plumbers, etc and we can handle multiple flips/rehabs at a time. Lets connect.
