Hello all. I am very excited to have found Bigger Pockets. I am a native Philadelphian, currently living in the Philly suburbs. I am NOT new to rehabbing or renovating. I AM new to the real estate investing as a business. I have 10+ years experience in the construction world. I have some firsthand rehab experience in the buy/hold space, but have not flipped a property yet. I mostly done full rip-and-renew renovations as well as new additions. I am in the market for multi-family units and partnerships. I always have an eye out for a good flip opportunity as well. Though I am new to Bigger Pockets, I have been following the podcast for some time now. I am eager and willing to learn from the masters and those who are ahead of me with experience. I jump at the chance to pitch in, help out and get my hands dirty whenever possible. I am eager to join this community, learn, and get started towards a better financial future one flip at a time. BRRRR-ing it on! That all being said, I would like to share my value to the community. I have a bachelor's degree in architecture. I entered my career through a design/build firm doing high-end homes in the surrounding areas. I know my way around a construction site, however now, I want to learn the business of real estate investing. (New mindset for me.) I hope I can provide as much support to the community as I am getting out of the podcasts, books, videos and website forums.
