Just finishing up my first flip with a partner I met though the local BP meetup. Going to use my gains to find another. Actively looking for some fix & flip opportunities in WI, and seeking like minded persons who may want to partner. Very conservative in my numbers and estimates, in order to only invest in a 'sure thing' real estate deal. Have a little experience in construction after finishing my first flip and finishing the basement in my personal home. Basic experience in electrical, painting, planning, framing, fixtures, trim, drywall finishing and repair, hanging doors, duct-work, carpet removal, problem solving, trouble shooting. I've fixed toilets and replaced wax rings, installed a complete new bathroom including shower, toilet, vanity, flooring and separately removed and replaced tub/shower/surround in another bathroom. Replaced garage doors (springs), installed complete garage door opener unit (new install), fixed 10 inch hole in roof from tree, gutter brackets, deck refurbish with new pergola. Also replaced the transmission pan gasket on my car :) Currently a stay at home dad, I can devote many evenings and weekends to working on any real estate project. Previous work experience includes: selling stuff online, restaurant manager and worked an extremely boring position in a call center at an insurance company. I've also held my R.E. license long, long ago. Would like to eventually build up a portfolio of buy and holds, but starting with fix n flips to get capital ready and pay off remaining debt.
