Hello BP. I am new to real estate investing and looking for something to generate extra income for my family which fits the bill to a T. I am currently in the medical field as a respiratory therapy and this fit well with the extra time I have. As of march 2014 my fiancé and I purchased a two flat which as been working well for us so far thanks to great tenants. We also purchased another home, a single family home in august of 2014. I am very handy in home repairs and currently rehabbing the SFH. BP as helped a great deal in navigating the nuance of real estate investing and help with making a right decisions thus far.
