Currently own 4 units in Columbus, OH. All involved a partner, doing value-add, and 2 of the 4 units were BRRRR'd. I reside in Scottsdale, AZ. In 2019, I obtained my real estate license and will help my network buy/sell when needed. My full time position is as a Sales Manager on the vendor side of the multifamily industry, advertising vacancies on Apartment List (www.apartmentlist.com). End goal is to be in Real Estate full time (just not sure what that quite looks like yet). I'm open right now to BRRRR deals that make sense, and have been placing a focus on acquiring multifamily deals as well. Interested in Apartment Syndication.
