I buy and hold single family homes. I have invested in real estate since 2004 trying a variety of strategies. My best successes and permanent portfolio has come from Buy (with cash when possible), Rehab, Rent and now I am considering Refinancing. I am in this for the cashflow, but have been evaluating selling or putting some financing on my portfolio due to the rapid appreciation over the past three years. I'm here to look for deals, continue to educate myself, meet new investors and professionals, and add whatever useful knowledge I can to the group.
