I'm new to the real estate business, I purchased a house to live in in 2013 and when I took a job on the other side of the country I rented it out to pay for the mortgage using a property management company. When I saw how easy this was, it made me more interested in pursuing this as an investing strategy. With my career in forestry, my second interest in real estate investing is in regards to raw land, particularly land with trees growing on it. I have yet to make my first purchase in this arena, but hope to with in a few months!
