I have been in construction since 2005. I sold my company in September 2014. Now I do project based and operational consulting for companies in the service industry. As for Real-Estate, I am part owner of an acquisitions company, CumberlandInvestments.com. We focus on applying data management and analysis to market to sellers and purchase deals. We wholesale out a portion and try to keep as much as we have cash for. We will flip and wholesale for revenue generation, and apply that to buy and holds for wealth generation. I am interested in meeting anyone in the Chattanooga, TN area who is interested in Real Estate in any form. I love seeing what other people are up to.
