Luke Rowe

I'm Luke Rowe, a licensed agent and the dispositions agent at Wave Realty Group in Austin, TX. Wave is a wholesale-focused brokerage, and my job is to get our off-market deals in front of the right cash buyers. I work deals across the Austin metro (Travis and Williamson counties, including Round Rock, Pflugerville and Georgetown) and into Central Texas markets like Killeen and Temple. Flips, rentals, small multifamily. What you can expect from me: real numbers on every deal, honest notes on the flaws, and quick answers. I also put out a monthly report on where investors are actually buying around Austin, built from county records. If you're a cash buyer, landlord, lender, property manager or fellow wholesaler working Central Texas, I'd like to know what you're looking for. TX Lic. #856728 | Wave Realty Group
