I am beginning to explore out of state real estate investing, and excited for the opportunity to learn and grow through this community! My wife and I are looking for ways to build a foundation for financial freedom before starting a family in the next couple of years. I am employed as in-house for a large retail company. I spent a few years working with our real estate team, advising on a variety of commercial leasing issues as they arose, before transitioning to my current role as a transactional generalist.
