My husband and I moved to Florida about 3 years ago from NYC. We are originally from Puerto Rico. We never thought about real estate investment before until we started watching Fix and Flip TV programs. We have been entertaining the idea for about 2 years, but this year we decided to make it happen. My roles is primarily finding deals, making offers, increase the company contacts, and coordinating the rehabbing process. My husband make sure that the jobs done on site are performed according to plan. Although that is important, our goal is much more than making money. What we stand for is making sure that neighborhoods we select maintain their market value and increase job opportunities to the locals. We are looking to make a difference in neighborhoods with high likelihood of decreasing their value due to distressed home and poor rehabbing work.
