I am Very Interested in Succeeding in Buying Commercial Real Estate. Especially Multifamily, Apartments, Houses ect. Later on when I will have more cash available I hope to Invest with cash flowing Notes. I am currently located in the Las Vegas, NV. area but plan to Invest in just about any strong real estate market in the USA! I am interested in Networking with people in all related areas of real estate investing, including subsequent related business channels. I plan on running my RE business honestly and with integrity running both strongly an smoothly. I wish to surround myself with both like minded professionals and develop strong, long term community contributing friendships that love and care about America and Christian Values. I am one of those nuts that gets excited by the words and field of real estate. I've read most all of the local library's Real Estate Books from the 1980's onward, even the grimy books with coffee stained, dog-eared pages. Even today, I keep looking for more information. I am currently looking to find Private Investors with either Cash, Credit or both to get our deals financed and closed. We will protect our Investors through our Professional Legal and business associations where they will earn the Highest % returns on their Investments with us. We are always looking for Key Real Estate Professionals that specialize as RE Attorneys, CPA's, Insurance and Title Companies can get our profitable Real Estate deals closed. I hope to use our Creative RE Investing tools from Subject To, Wholesaling for quick ownership and cash. Options, Lease Options, Master Lease Options for Pretty House deals.
