Luis Vilar

Hello! I am Luis; 27 years old, born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am a determined, focus person that likes to learn new things. I have a background in engineering. My goal is to buy rental properties, preferably 10+ units with 8%+ Cap Rate, 10%+ Cash-on-Cash. I am already own a duplex and I am learning the business as I go. I am focused to be financially free by 32; not just for the money, but to enjoy life. Although that goal might be hard to reach, that keeps my fire burning and keeps my working to reach that goal.
