About myself

My husband and I came to the United States in 1986. I had a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in accounting at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. It is the oldest Catholic university in the Philippines. I was a full time homemaker since our son was born in 1987. We’ve been Milford residents since then. When he began school, I started working part time as a bookkeeper at Lauralton Hall, a Catholic high school for girls in Milford. When my son went off to college and lived on campus, I decided it was time to change my career. In September 2006, I joined Prudential CT Realty after acquiring my Connecticut Realtor license. Through the years, I’ve learned that a Realtor’s job is not for everyone. The first two years served as a trial period for me. I saw fellow Realtors come and go. As the years went by, I began to enjoy my job more and more as I witnessed and felt the satisfaction my clients received from my services. I’m also beginning to understand the difference between perception and reality in this business. Whether you are buying or selling a house, looking for a rental property or relocating, I’m ready to assist and help you in this stressful aspect of people’s lives. You, my client, deserve the respect, integrity, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism – all of which are qualities of superior customer service expected of a Realtor®.
